Hampshire Workspace in Central Winchester provides serviced offices for over 20 small businesses. We provide reception, phone answering and mail sorting for all these businesses but a significant portion of the work involves a private GP. We are looking for a permanent part-time receptionist/assistant to join our small friendly team.
Key tasks include
- Sort incoming mail and frank outgoing mail and related admin
- Telephone answering
- Receiving visitors and deliveries
- GP Practice appointments
- General admin duties
Reception and phone answering experience is essential. Previous experience in medical reception work is desirable.
Minimum of 16 hours per week (probably over 3 days) plus full-time holiday cover. We pay £9 an hour.
