You don’t need to concern yourself with trying to staff a reception, or dealing with cleaning, photocopying or post, because that’s what we mean by a serviced office. Unlike some office rental companies, an office at Hampshire Workspace is not just four walls.
We receive your visitors and deliveries, answer your phone, provide stationery, manage your diary, provide furniture and offer admin services*. (Services available to physical and virtual office clients.) And don’t forget, we also take care of your electricity supply, your phone line, your heating and your cleaning, all for a monthly charge, so you don’t have to worry about long term contracts.

24/7 Access
We never close. Our reception is staffed Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm but, if you need to work at night or weekends, a security fob system enables you to come in and out 24/7. CCTV provides additional out-of-hours security.
A Winchester Phone Number & Superfast Broadband
Our phone system allows for maximum flexibility for call answering, voicemail and forwarding. And when you ask for a phone line, we connect you with a minimum of hassle. It’s an 01962 number with no long term contract.
Our Virgin Media Business leased line offers our clients a reliable fast internet access, exclusive to our clients. Unlike standard broadband, where download is much better than upload, our upload and download speeds are symmetrical, so both have speeds of up to 200Mbs. Ideal for designers and others who need to send out complex files. Great for anybody who wants to get on with business online. Virgin Media Business provides 99.995% service availability.
But what is even more important in some ways is the time it takes for computers to communicate across the web (which is known as ‘latency’). Ping tests show a latency of 10 milliseconds or less on our broadband service, compared with 30ms on our previous standard business broadband.
